RollNest shall be entitled to close or suspend Your RollNest Account if, among other things, we consider that You are using the Website in a fraudulent, collusive, unfair or unlawful manner, or if required to do so by law, regulators or court order. We may restrict, suspend and/or permanently close any such accounts and, where permitted by law, withhold winnings or funds related to such activity.

In all such cases, You shall, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, be liable for any and all claims, direct losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by us arising therefrom.

The availability of the Services does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by us for the use of our Services in any jurisdictions in which such use is prohibited by law. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You are complying with the laws applicable in Your locality or country.

We may delay or refuse withdrawals where necessary to carry out additional checks, or where transactions appear suspicious in the context of our anti‑money‑laundering and fraud‑prevention obligations.

The Services are provided on an "AS‑IS" and "AS‑AVAILABLE" basis. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to provide a secure and reliable platform, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error‑free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RollNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Website or Services, including any loss of profits, data or goodwill.
